How To Reserve A Package Or Rentals For Your Special Day !!

How To Reserve - As our inventory is quite large, it suggested to reserve your
package or rentals as soon as possible in order to guarantee the item(s) wanted.
You can come in to the office, or reserve over the phone
which ever is most convenient to you.
For Wedding Packages,
There is an office consultation, and a onsite consultation to design the floor plan and final details.
After you reserve please schedule a time to come into the office to
pick out your themes and colors.
For a reservation, we will need the date of your party, colors,
choice package or item rentals, the address to be delivered to,
plus delivery time and a pick up time for scheduling...
Reservation Fee - A Non-refundable 50% reservation fee for a wedding package
or single item will be due a the time of booking. The final balance owing will be
due at the time of delivery or at the time of a customer pickup.
If you are unable to make the final payment the day of,
please call in a few days prior for
payment over the phone, or to drop off a check in person
at the office, otherwise we cannot setup until full payment is received.
Cancellation - Reservation fees for a wedding event or single rental items are
forfeited for cancellation, rescheduling is available
with a 30 day written notice + 10% administration fee.
** Only, If your new date is available and the items requested are available.
Final Payment - The total balance for a wedding package or single rental
items is due at the time of delivery or at the time of a customer pick up.
Who ever made the reservation fee for the reservation will be responsible
for the final balance due.
